Has anyone else had experience with a colicky baby?
I think I may have one. She cries pretty much off and on in 5-10 minute intervals from 6pm (the magic time) until bedtime, around 8:30 or 9. She is formula fed, usually eats every 3 hrs, but I almost always have to give in around 8:30 b/c she is going bezerk! We do a lot of walking around, bouncing, the swing doesn’t cut it during those hours. She likes music, but it won’t just chill her out, you still have to be right there with her. Is that what your’s is like?
Oh yes, i had a colic baby.. although i was one myself i do feel sorry for my parents now lol… same time every night she would scream.. 5 hours of it.. no matter what i did she wasnt happy.. so i started supplementing my breast milk with formula and between that was the gas drops. 4 months to the day it stopped.. i did alot of singing , rocking, bouncing, car riding during that time. hang in there!
Yes my son has it. It starts for him about 7 or 8 at night and lasts till about midnight or a little after. NOTHING in the world helps. I have given him gas drops, tried feeding him, rocking, burping, the whole nine yards and nothing works. I feel like i’m the one that needs a good cry it goes on and on and feels like it never stops.
